As Berrylife we are in the business of renting and operating
multimedia trade show booths. Our original idea is Showcase, which is a booth built with large format led screens. It is a modular solution that may be adapted to any fair space.
We provide comprehensive services. Together with you we will prepare a stand design, after which our company will build it from A to Z. We will provide you with the necessary equipment, provide professional multimedia support during the fair, and finally we will take care of the dismantling of the entire installation.

Podstawowym budulcem stoiska multimedialnego jest ekran LED, czyli sprzęt wielokrotnego użytku. Wielkoformatowy ekran LED wysokiej rozdzielczości ożywia stoisko i przyciąga uwagę zwiedzających. Możesz na nim prezentować dowolne treści (grafiki, liczby, zdjęcia, filmy, animacje) oraz na bieżąco je modyfikować.
Standardowe stoiska buduje się z tradycyjnych płyt meblowych (wiórowych, paździerzowych, pilśniowych). Są to stoiska statyczne, a więc raz wykonane wyglądają tak samo przez cały czas. Zaprojektowanie i zbudowanie stoiska standardowego wymaga dużo więcej czasu, a zastosowane materiały są trudne w recyklingu i zazwyczaj nieprzydatne do ponownego wykorzystania.

Najlepiej rozpocząć od zweryfikowania już posiadanych materiałów. Może się okazać, że są one wystarczające i wymagają jedynie dostosowania do wyświetlania na naszych ekranach. Jedynym ograniczeniem jest wyobraźnia. Ostateczny wygląd stoiska i prezentowane na nim treści każdorazowo są efektem współpracy projektanta i klienta. Praktycznym ograniczeniem może się okazać brak prądu, ale taka sytuacja jest równoznaczna z zawieszeniem całej imprezy.
Usługa Showcase obejmuje wynajem stoiska. W przypadku kilku imprez targowych w ciągu roku, zakup stoiska byłby całkowicie nieopłacalny.
Koszta logistyczne to element, który wymaga kalkulacji na podstawie rozmiaru stoiska, miejsca imprezy oraz czasu jej trwania. Przykładowo, koszta logistyczne związane z wynajęciem małego stoiska Showcase w Warszawie wynoszą ok. 2000 zł (dla imprezy dwudniowej).
Główne koszta logistyczne to transport wyposażenia i nocleg pracowników.
Nie. Showcase to rozwiązanie uniwersalne, odpowiednie dla stoisk o powierzchni od kilku do kilkuset metrów kwadratowych. Rozmiary ścian można nieskończenie multiplikować o każde kolejne 0.5 metra.
Po zakończeniu targów stoisko jest demontowane przez naszych pracowników i trafia do magazynu, skąd wyrusza na kolejną imprezę targową. Zgodnie z ideą less waste, większość elementów stoiska jest wykorzystywana wielokrotnie.

Aby skrócić czas odpowiedzi, w treści maila podaj termin imprezy targowej, wielkość stoiska oraz jego ułożenie (narożne, wyspa, itd.). Wskazane dane pozwolą nam szybko i sprawnie przygotować ofertę cenową.
Robimy to z powodzeniem od kilku lat. Mamy na koncie stoiska, które zdobywały prestiżowe nagrody. Operujemy na rynku europejskim. W 2019 roku 40% wszystkich naszych stoisk zbudowaliśmy na najbardziej wymagającym rynku niemieckim.
